WHAT CAN I DO IF I THINK I AM BEING CYBER-BULLIED?

1. REPORT IT & BLOCK PEOPLE

If you are being cyber-bullied, report the person and the content they are posting on the site or app. By doing this you are bringing the content to attention of the website or app owners and increase the liklihood that the content will be removed from the platform. Do not reply to any of the content and block the person posting it.

2. KEEP EVIDENCE

Whilst ity might be tempting to delete all traces of cyber-bulling content to you or others, it is important that you take screenshots or download content from the internet to help prove what has been happening.

3. TELL SOMEONE

If you are being cyber-bullied you should consider speaking to a responsible and trustworthy adult who can support you. This person might be a parent, teacher, a family friend or a youth worker. If you have evidence of what is happening, show them - they might be able to help stop the bullying.
