Don’t just take our word for it, check out what’s been happening as you scroll down this page!

Wednesday 1st August & Thursday 2nd August 2018

This week Kicsters launched KIC Gaming, a competitive gaming club for young people to come together and take on their friends to reach the top spot on our KIC Gaming leaderboard.

Games featured over the two days included:

Gran Torismo Sport (Playstation 4)                                                1-2-Switch Tennis (Nintendo Switch)

1-2-Switch Eating Contest (Nintendo Switch)                             Mario Kart Deluxe (Nintendo Switch)

Kicsters also had the opportunity to take part in the development and building of our brand new Kicsters website (Coming Soon) that will become the safe place to go for young people wanting to learn new digital skills, share their talents and just have fun!

The website will become an online youth club for young people to engage with KIC and their friends!

The DJ is in the house as David takes to the decks with the young people of Darlaston all wanting to learn what it takes to become a house DJ. Kicsters learnt the basics from hearing and matching beats, mixing tracks and scratching the decks. Something tells us that this wont be the last we see of KIC DJ’ing in Darlaston

Wednesday 8th August & Thursday 9th August 2018

Kicsters have always believed in supporting young people to play an active role in their community and this week has been no different. Kicsters from Darlaston came together this week to meet with Cllr Doug James and form a 10pt Youth Charter Pact to take to Full Council later this year.
